Every New Horizon student studying in the United States is assigned a local supervisor based in the U.S. The supervisor provides ongoing guidance and support, while our China-based coordinator maintains regular communication with students and their parents.

Our team is available 24 hours a day to handle student affairs, including school communication, academic concerns, accommodation coordination, emergencies and other day-to-day matters throughout the program.

We maintain regular communication and provide monthly updates to help families understand the student’s academic progress, adjustment and overall wellbeing.
